I agree with empte77. Jason Lytle is amazing. I have a dream of one day meeting Jason & talking to him about his music.

This is such a beautiful album. Jason is such an inspiring artist and musician, I cannot say enough great things about him. I personally think he is one of the most underrated and under-appreciated modern songwriters.

I miss them too mattax222. This album is great, the songs are great, but it is still a solo album. Grandaddy will still better.

Why did he leave the band? They seemed like nice people too.

The song Rollin Home Alone is one of the most heartbreaking songs i've ever heard. Until now i never ever would've thought it was about him skateboarding home.
the music being played underneath this narrative is the backing track from RHA,it is just completely and utterly beautifully heartbreaking,it reduced me to tears when i first heard it.

I wish we were given a contest to do his album cover.
