cool footage. not p'ing on your chips or anything but has this been verified? Just thinking that it could be a minke whale not a humpback. Shame it's so far out. Wish I could have seen it. I hope I will do in Mexico. Keep looking and well done!

Yep sorry guys, it was a mule and a half away and my camera was on full zoom. Thing is it is the only Humpback ever recorded from the coast here so more of a unique record than a Blue Planet sequence!

The first breach is about fifteen seconds in. It's not great footage but it's the first footage from this part of the world.

No problem. The photographer is a friend of mine and was filming porpoises which were only a fraction of the distance away from the shore which this was - I've uploaded videos of those too.

Yes, it's pretty difficult to pick out until later on in the video. It's the splashes in the distance that you're looking out for until that point.
