Do I shoot rifle and shotgun? Yes I do. Does s 24 gauge and a .22 rifle, and .33 special have muzzle flash? Yes they do!

I'd like to try that out some time. She's decked out like a cop or something. I wonder if she is.
Now, about the muzzle flash. You don't usually see that in DAYLIGHT. And especially not likely on low-quality video reproduction.

Nomination for most worthless comment. Why would they wear hearing protection with an airsoft gun? When was the last time you heard an airsoft gun make a crack sound when it's shot? Have you ever seen a real gun? Not all calibers cause visible muzzle flash.

She exposes too much of herself standing in the middle of the "windows". It's easier to shoot into a window from the outside at targets than it is to engage targets from the inside out of a window, so work angles and expose as little as possible.
