Assaults on children done to discredit testimony to protect First Responders or any person involved in a wide range of cross ministry teams. TERROR ON CHILDREN OR FAMILIES BY TEAMS PROGRESSES FROM EXTRA-FAMILIAL TO INTRA-FAMILIAL, TO INTRA-PSYCHIC IN DEVOLUTION OF ACCOUNTABILITY & WITNESS ABUSE.

During detainment in Alberta on intuitive basis of the first responder attacks on parents are done at courts. Ultra vires and res judica abuse of process focused on torturous interference to existing divorce cases. Children's services terrorize the child to substantiate false claims with the child and includes munchhausen's by proxy assaults/ physical abuse /isolation to claim mental illness to discredit a child witness. Secret abuse by Children's Services or Police is done in situ at school.

Child Abuse by the Legal Representation for Children and Youth includes Alberta Children's services dependency of the Role of Children's Advocate ensuring that the lawyers rotate through this service. None of these lawyers are in fact able or trained in the areas of cultural issues or in the use of child interview. In most situations they do not interview nor meet with the client prior to apprehension by emergency and prior to the first hearing which permits detainment incommunicado.
