  • thanks for the video

  • Awesome man, thanks. My nylon cable keepers and pully/slide on the bottem were broke off.. It also made my top pully fall off track. Initially, the track froze on me, i beat on the window and forced it on our 3rd winter day here in ky this year. Trying to disassemble the window, it wouldnt lower to remove the 2 window bolts, so I just unbolted everything. Worked great. Then, just gorilla glue, small drill bit, and a small through bolt. Thanks again!!!

  • Thank You. It's 4 days before Christmas and money is extremely tight. I couldn't afford the $350 part & labor that I was quoted and with two little ones, we can't drive around in Winter with the window down. I'll order the part and do it myself. Thank You.!

  • Mission accomplished with your help. Dealer cost plus labor, 439.05,

total cost after breaking a screw bracket and having to find one at the hardware store, 101.53, plus 1.5 hours of my time.

  • @iowabowtech1 Glad to see that your back in business. Have a great day!

  • @iowabowtech1 ok, all done. I ended up cutting the black coated vertical running cable that leads to the pulley at the top of the assembly. After that, the window eased down into place for easy bolt removal. Just be careful to support the window afterward. Worked like a champ and the whole job went smooth as butter. Thanks man!!
