For me the 'War of the Worlds' remake was the better one. Iwatched the original and it was just awful and yes I DID see the original first tu still it was horrid ! ! :)

I should so slap you for putting the image of the Tripods from that god-awful "movie" with Tom Cruise in it. If you're going to include the Tripods, make it from the Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds stage show. SO much better than that movie tripe!
