Jesus taught us the two greatest commandments were "love the lord thy God with all thy mind,heart,soul and strength and thine neighbour as thyself. Sda people teach the greatest commandment is sabbath keeping. RUBBISH!! Romans 14.4 One person esteems one day above another, another esteems every day alike. Let each be convinced in his own mind. The real issue is Sda people believe that sabbath keeping saves you. The bible says 'we are not under law but under grace'. rom 6.14. SDA ERROR!

Thanks for your comment but just to make some corrections

1. The two greatest commandments sum up the entire 10. The first 4 commandments (as you check them) attribute to God. The last 6 attribute to man. Read Romans 13:9-10

2. We don't teach that the Sabbath is the greatest commandment. We teach that this commandment will be held as the end time issue because the papacy claims to change the law of God but God's law does not change

3. Romans 14 is talking of doubtful disputations. If you read Galatians, there were Jews saying that had to keep certain days in regards to the CEREMONIALS. These were fulfilled in Christ so it was not an issue. Thats why Paul said one day above another. There is only one day in the 10'C. There are MANY days in the ceremonials.

4. Only the blood of Christ saves us from our sins but as Ro 3 says: Do we make void the law through faith? GOD FORBID, yea we ESTABLISH the law

....In other words do we sin because of faith? No!

5. What does it mean to be under the law?

Rom 3:19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and ***all the world may become guilty before God.***

Under the law means your guilty because you are under the penalty of sin which is death which makes sense why we are not under the law but under grace because Christ took our guilt and gave us His grace

... I hope this helps because if you are looking at another view of Sabbath when the study needs to be CAREFULLY understood. Reason being is because there are two righteousness.

1. Righteousness by works

2. Righteousness by faith

The issue here is not righteousness by works in regards to the Sabbath. It is righteousness by faith.

1. No one who keeps the law is righteous. We keep it not to be saved but we keep it because WE ARE saved.

The end time issue is obey God or man not works......

......Based on the context of this subject, if you are saying that we are legalistic, you are actually saying that Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, the 3 Hebrew men were legalistic because they did not bow down to the Image. You are saying that they should have bowed because we are apparently under grace which gives them the permission to do that!

Now I know that's not what you are saying which is why I say PLEASE understand the CONTEXT of this video. It's about faithfulness to God and not man!

In short, Sabbath is now and always has been the 7th day, which by our calendar is Saturday. Short proof, Hebrews 3 & 4.

yes, lets force people to follow a religious ideal. sunday doesn't have to be a day for all to "rest" i don't mind working or shopping on sunday at all, why should i be forced out of earning money or shopping for things just because someone else follows a religious ideal. its just oppression

Every person needs a rest day once every seven days. Nobody can work everyday with out a rest. The God of Creation created the 'first day' and the Sabbath. Somebody else created 'Sunday' but few stop to realize this.

@Jondadon2006 yes they sum it up! the whole law. I used to be an sda but im out of it so i know their arguements and yes they do place huge emphasis on it. LIke a salvation issue-eg sunday is the mark of the beast . When jesus refereed to the law he used moral and ceremonial aspects and the bible says we are no longer under a tutor gal 3.25. Sda try to put us back under it! And then there's the investigative judgement-another false teaching.
