  • I just started learning this stuff in addition to my general conditioning for my boxing and bjj training...I just do it with 90 lbs hahaha...but I prefere to start low and have a good form

    im actually a 69kg lifter in this video so 152 pounds now im 180ish and lift as a 77kg lifter

  • @EndlersaurusRex thanks. yup i forgot about that point of the bar needing to be super close otherwise u will not have strong leverage against the bar.
