Why?




Well, studies show that a specific style of coping with stressors is linked to overeating, depression, anxiety etc. This occurs mainly when we think we are powerless to change the situation. Here is some information about how to switch from soothing with food to solving the problems!

  • Thank you so much for this video because I figured out why I eat loads of sugar and even though I am slim it just wasnt good for my body and me.But I knew at times when I got stress I would eat it....But now I have accepted things that happened in my life and passed and now 4WEEKS on I dont look at bread or sugar in the same way .It's unreal.I never EVER though I could break it...BUT I CAN!! Great video love it :)
