There are some parts of the translation I'm not quite sure about, but I think I can give an idea what the song is about. Please tell me if you find mistakes.

The part "atarashii kanojo-san no jama ni narisou ne" it wasnt "i'll be disturbing his new girlfriend?", more like 'i'll turn into a problem to her'?

i dont know wich translation is right, mine or yours, because my japanese isnt perfect... i just wanna know XDD

and "gaman ne' wasnt 'ill hold myself'? XD

@cakesake Your translation for the 'jama' part sounds actually good, I think it could fit.

Gaman literally means patience/endurance. What you said would rather be 'gaman suru'.
