To assume that there's an old guy sitting on a cloud just because this is an orderly universe is a pathetic and childish projection. Everything's relative and we (unconsciously) choose our realities. Whatever you Christian fanatics believe God to be is plain kindergarten b/s and puts you in an never ending cycle of guilt, because you cannot live up to what your "God" (churches) want you to be. That's simply nuts folks, wake up!

Never ending cycle of guilt?

Not after Jesus has forgiven us of sin and gives us a new nature to do His good works. If you dont like or believe that up to you, but dont say its bs. The constitution gives us the right to believe (or not).

Man I just got brainwashed this year. It is great. My brain was so dirty to begin with. I mean, I was a Heroin addict living on the streets until I came to know Christ and he showed me a freedom that I have never known. If that is brainwashing then we all need a good brainwashing. Praise God

@russkibog81 How is it kindergarten rubbish? Children of kindergarten age deny that they have done anything wrong and have liitle awareness of sin or GOd and rarely admit they have done wrong. They are only likely to feel guilt in extreme case like if they accidently make someone cry. So if this belief is childish, we would not be in a never ending cycle of guilt. Anyway your comment shows a lack of understanding of Christianity. Never ending guilt is for those who are yet to be saved.

cont2 I heard Paul himself say, "I hope I'm preaching the truth."

Marrying a self-admitted pagan and also having such a lack of confidence tells me that Paul doesn't know God's voice well at all. This is normal for most "Christians," but the brethren should beware who they follow. Jn 10:27 says "My sheep hear My voice and I know them and they follow me."

If you don't KNOW the Master's voice, you err greatly to take solace in any preacher's words. Turn from them to God's Word and abide in TRUTH
