USPDF Judge and Climb & Spin Co-Creator, Kira Lamb, will be teaching an INVERT DRILLS WORKSHOP in association with the 2011 USPDF National Championship.

Workshop includes a 45 minute warm-up and deep stretch followed by 45 minutes of drills such as this OUTSIDE KNEE HANG DRILL. This is fun but not for the faint of heart!

  • very nice... i wish i was that flexible do i have to learn how to do split to get me legs to do that??/
