A brilliant, nuanced analysis. The BBC is not "anti-American" as such, it is anti-conservative, the antipathy shown to Bush is the easiest example. The BBC is pro-American when Clinton, Obama or any other liberal is in the White House. As is mentioned, the BBC did not bat an eye-lid when Clinton bombed Serbia or now that Obama is increasing troop numbers in Afghanistan.
