The worst eating habit is not about what goes in your mouth, it's how you feel about it once you've eaten it! Guilt has far more damaging effects on your body than any piece of crap you can put in your mouth. If you're gonna eat it, then LOVE it!

I like that new perspective of savouring the junk I eat when I periodically do decide to eat it. The main thing that got me was the talk about its connection with stress levels, never really thought about how true that is.
Gonna try it out, tomorrow I'm having a cheat meal and I'm not gonna feel guilty afterwards. haha.
