A quick demo of my newest synth, the Roland jx-3p. I really think it's a great machine. A lot of the demos posted here are basically just showing off presets. I like to show, what a complete song made using a particular synth sounds like.
Some of the sounds are factory presets: brass and vibraphone. The rest (including the drums) are custom patches.
hi - how can i do the back up? thanks

I really rail against the presets of most synths, but the JX 3p has got tons of very useable pres on board. I look at it as a setting I would use, but don't have to twist knobs to get. The fat fifth, and filter flow are two settings that on other synths I would have to "twist" out, but on the JX 3p they are already there. Great tune as well. Thank you for posting.

Wow, that's a nice demo of the JX-3P. Smooth lead sound en good synth brass!
Cheers!

Wonderful touch and subtlety on the solo, examples, 0:47 and 1:54. Nice work! Slick. I always liked the deep brass synth sounds the JX-3P had. Plus the buttons made it look like it could double as a workstation on the Enterprise's bridge. :)
