Agreed Jenjen, I have read the book many times over, one of my favourites. Johny writes well and brings the journey alive; I'd love to view the doco - does anyone know how/where?

Oh and it's a million times better than Charley Bore-man!!!!! this is the real spirit of adventure. I've seen the Wild Frontiers site and it's most impressive, the travels look amazing... but I hope Jonny goes back to travel writing one day! I'm sure a lot of people agree!

I'm so excited I found his video!!! I read the book just the other week and was totally addicted, absolutely loved it!! I've never read such a compelling travel book. I never got the chance to see the actual show so it's great to see a clip! you are both so different to how I imagined - I would never guess there was all that tension and misery behind this. I wish I could see the whole thing - they should DVD it! I'll definitely read the book again, it's fascinating. Thanks for posting.
