Dante and Lulu 4-22-2010 Scenes

Dante on the phone,saying if the shirt matches Claudia's blood,it's a game changer.Michael says it will show that his story is true.Dante offers Michael coffee,he declines.Dante says he doesn't know whose coming,so he should go hide.Michael says they are about to find out.Lulu is there,asks Michael what he is doing at Dante's.Michael says that's up to Dante.Dante says this is awkward.His brother,the fugitive,she already knows him.Lulu say she picked the wrong morning to surprise Dante.Michael says maybe Lulu can convince Dante he did kill Claudia after all.Lulu questions his story.Michael says Dante refuses to believe him,cause it ruins his plan to throw Sonny in prison.Lulu says if Michael killed Claudia,there would have to be a lot of people in on it.It'd have to be a gigantic cover up.Michael says since the night she died,they kept it quiet.Lulu says they couldn't have kept this quiet for so long.Lulu says Michael was a minor when Claudia died,he'd get a lighter chance than Sonny.Michael says of course nobody believes him.Dante says that he saw Sonny kill Claudia,and they don't want him to reveal the truth.Dante says there is evidence,from Sonny's hair at the cabin.Michael says the evidence should have been destroyed from the fire,and that evidence led him in the wrong direction.Dante says with how much Michael hates him,and how much he wants to protect Sonny,he is motivated to lie.Lulu asks Dante how he knew where to find Michael.Dante says Morgan confided in him,and he feels like crap for using that. against him.Lulu says not to feel bad.Dante says its easy for her to say.He says the whole flight down,he tried to convince himself that getting rid of Sonny is to protect the kids,now he doesn't know,since Michael is confessing to Claudia's death.Lulu says he could be lying.Dante says he held onto that shirt,and forensics will be back,so if that proves he killed Claudia,he has no idea what to do next.Lulu says if Michael killed Claudia,and he turns him in,what will happen?Dante says he might get a suspended sentence,counseling,community service.Lulu says what about Sonny?Dante says he will walk free,again.He says everyone keeps covering for Sonny.Lulu says Dante included,when Sonny shot him.Dante says that's cause he thought he knew that case,and all guilt pointed towards Sonny.Now,he doesn't know what to do.Lulu says maybe the best thing to do,is nothing.Dante says Claire is probably making her closing arguments.He says she has a strong case.He hopes the jury finds Sonny guilty.Lulu says he wants that?Dante says Sonny is guilty.Even if he didn't kill Claudia,he has killed many.Dante tells Lulu about this guy Sonny and Jason ordered him to kill.He says that got him to think about how many times Sonny has sent men out to be killed.He says Sonny destroys lives,and deserves to go to prison.He says if Sonny didn't commit this one,who cares?As long as Sonny goes down and pays.Dante gets the call.Lulu says was it confirming Michael's story?Dante says yes.Michael asks Dante what he is going to do about it?Michael and Lulu show up at her place.He asks where Dante went.Lulu says he has a lot to think about.Michael says Lulu looks disappointed.She says its not up to her what happens,its up to him and Dante,but she is disappointed.Michael says she hates his father,and she still wants him to go to prison.Sonny arrives home,and Dante is sitting in the chair.Sonny gets a drink.Dante asks if he is celebrating,or drowning his sorrows?Sonny says its up to the jury now.Dante says whats the point?The trial has been a waste of time.He didn't kill Claudia,Michael did.

So far I am liking the New Michael too. He has a maturity that suits the story line of him trying to confess.

Can't wait to see how this all plays out. I know Carly is going to be pissed. Dante and Lulu against the world!!

@aPASSINGthought, You are so correct. Only difference is Michael doesn't see Claudia in every blinking corner with a flashlight like Lulu was envisioning Logan, which drove her to the loony-bin. Yet Michael might need some therapy. How quickly they forget.

Can't wait 'til it's (Claudia's death) all out in the open & over so everybody (especially Lante) can get back to normalcy.
