Oops, I thought you were talking about the white guitar. Yes indeed, the sunburst to the right of the strat does look like a Jagmaster or Jagstang. I don't know to whom that belongs. I don't believe it is anyone in the Surf Rockets. There was another band playing that day.

What is the green guitar? Is that a Jag? I was on Fender's site but didn't see one available in that color...very cool and super sound. I just bought a 65 Dual Showman so I'm ready lol

@oceantracks The guitar is a Fender Jazzmaster. It has the same body as the Jaguar but different pick-ups and a longer scale neck at 25.5" vs 24" for the Jaguar. The color is Surf Green which may not be in production right now. Congrats on the Dual Showman - great amp!

@nokie2 Hey thanks! Yeah I know about Jazzmasters vaguely, but never played one. I had no idea they could nail the surf sound so well, I really thought you had to have a Jag for that, but yours is nailing the whole Carl Wilson thing. Band sounds great...is that one of the reissue reverbs? This music so fun and timeless...you guys do a terrific job! Thanks on the Dual Showman...it's one loud bedroom amp lol

@oceantracks Thanks. Yeah, that's a reissue version of the reverb. You'll get an even fuller surf tone putting the same guitar and reverb through the large cabinet on your Dual Showman.

@catkiller44 I think the original is by Dave and the Customs from Pomona released in the early '60's.
