Leave comments let me know what you think!?!? This is Ryan Butner's bullpen session after about 1hr and half of medicine ball and heavy ball program. Velocity sits around 92mph right now trying to get back to 95mph. Workout routine from Ron Wolforth

  • I played last year at University of Tennessee, now Im at Broward CC to get back into the draft. As far as the lincecum goes, im not 5"11 and need to use my entire body to produce velocity. I use my height 6'6 and my long arms for leverage. I dont see Tim Lincecums velocity coming from leverage anyways, its mostly from hip rotation and extremely fast arm speed.

  • yeh you can definitely have a longer stride and you should follow throw a lot more, your back should be parallel with the ground and your leg should be up in the air

  • @ryanb1818 his hip rotation creates leverage, lincecum uses a lot of leverage in his delivery.
