Oh yes, I know, & you can clearly hear Amanda strengthening Simone's belted notes on the album. I meant that if you compare her singing live on this tour & on previous ones, you can clearly hear a great improvement. She sustains the notes longer & clearer, reaches the notes more precisely & comfortably, but most important- she's not as occupied with technique as she used to be, & so there's a lot more emotion & feeling in her voice now when she sings.

A lot of that is production too don't forget, she has gotten better, but as the band has gotten better their production has increased 10 fold :D

She has already done a great deal of improving. I mean honestly, compare her voice on this album to what it used to be on The Phantom Agony. She has grown leaps & bounds.
Yes, she still has room to improve, but I think she has enough potential to actualy pull it off & become an even greater singer.
