10 minutes to start up in DCS A-10C is a bit of an exaggeration. Shouldnt take more than 2-3.

@thokih1 Im not going to fight over a comment I posted 3 months ago, but if you want to know a simulator, DCS - A-10C Warthog requires 10 minutes of specific switch throwing and startup procedures in order to even start the engines. Target aquisition requires lazing and aquiring a target on the ground via the control panel and then locking and firing a GBU-12 Anti Tank Missile. Don't tell me that is not realistic buddy.

Gotta tell you boys and girls, Battlefield 3 and any other arcade FPS is not a simulator and you will never get the real feel for the plane with them. I've played U.S. Military simulator games for years and there are only 2 games I know of that can compete as good A-10 Simulators, those two being Arma II Operation Arrowhead, and Digital Combat Simulator - A-10C Warthog.
