  • hola i live on kansas How can I find the clay that you use?

  • @KaishaRenee13 This clay is from Trinity Ceramics in Dallas. It is their cone 6 stoneware.

  • What is the secret on throwing that tall of a piece of pottery. Around 10 to 12 inches is about my limit without throwing in sections and putting together. Am still learning.

after about 10 inches mine usually flops

  • @MrMrgreenman99 Keep the cylinder necked in as you throw. Use more pressure at the bottom when pulling the cylinder and less at the top. Try to use clay that is not too soft.

  • How many pounds of clay did you start with? Thanks....great video!

  • @letlemonlive 6 to 7 pounds depending on how soft the clay is.
