Do not use iTunes to make bombs!!

When installing iTunes, if you scroll down through the agreement, there is a section that explains you cannot manufacture nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons with the use of the iTunes software.

"You also agree that you will not use this software for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture, or production of nuclear missiles or chemical or biological weapons."

and

"The Apple software is not intended for use in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, life support machines, or other equipment in which the failure of the Apple software could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage."

Why the hell would apple or the government NOT want us to to make missiles with music software? Guess I should make my nukes with RealPlayer.

So, earlier I read an article about this on a Web site, then later stumbled upon a video showing what you can do with Macs that had this very song playing. I liked the song so much that I bought it on Amazon and have been listening to it for a while now. Then I searched to see if there were any Youtube videos that talked about the iTunes statement about not making bombs (lol), and your video had the exact same song playing that I was currently listening to. Weird, huh. Is this a popular song?

lol this is pretty funny, but theres prolly a very simple explanation: apple might use parts of their liscence agreemtent for EVERYTHING, and some stuff (maybe an ipod?) could be used to make bombs

well thats pretty curiousss...well i guess if u were really good with stuff like that, it does use nano techonology after all and even has a clock on it, but i hope no one breaks this rule!
