Reviews are reviews, whether they are responded to or not. The manager of a restaurant cannot respond to horrible reviews and suddenly they don't matter anymore. In the same way, it doesn't matter whether or not a doctor responds to the review. All that can really be verified or disputed are illegal practices and I would hope an online forum is not the first place someone would go in such a circumstance. All other complaints would be nearly impossible for a third party to verify... <333
