love dandelion teas and salads ; wished i could have it every day
usually would dress it with lemon or lime juice and extra virgin olive oil

So, you can use the leaves. Other videos/sources say to use the flower or the root. Do you know if there is a big difference between the different parts and the flavor of the tea? I heard dandelion tea is a good source of potassium--is it because of the leaves or the other parts? Just wondering. Yes, the cars are loud but appreciate your effort.

@Tomko62 I have heard you can make coffee from the roots and that the flowers are great in salads, though I have never heard of them being used for the tea; so I have no idea if it changes the flavour? Every part is edible though, so I guess it doesn't matter. Aye, the whole plant is a good source of potassium. Thanks for stopping by. Abbie~Peace
