@SweetKuraikoChan If you heard more British English, the Australian accent would be easier for you(couse they are similar to each other) . I've learnt English by my self, mainly watching American TV series and movies, so I have no difficulties in understanding of Americans, but when I hear that girl speaking I sometimes react like Perry :)

I'm Australian and this is very funny. Part of the punchline is the doctor's character itself because the Australian accent hasn't been mocked liked this by the Americans for years now. People like Nicole Kidman, Geoffrey Rush, Sam Worthington, Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, and even Rupert Murdoch are familiar names there now.
