do it have to be herb oil can i mix it wth somethin elese like olive oil shampoo or conditioner or mi other stuff i use

@Dora7840 Yes definitly i mixed mines with my conditoner and left it on their but be careful that stuff will really burn your eyes and is hard to get out the hair like foreal.

thank u very much cuz mi hair ust to be down mi back now its like to mi shoulders den i moved to a house wth hard water but we didint find out untill untill mi hair started commin out and gettin shorter...... so do u have any otha tips cause i dont wanna do cayenne pepper because im scared soo do u have oth tips

@Dora7840 hard water damages??? i wouldn't use it if i was you, i wouldnt put my hair at risk just for growth. :))

Don't forget to eat cayenne pepper. It does the same thing while it's in your bloodstream.

I just started using the Cabellina: Pepper/Rosemary Natural Extracts Chile Con Romero Shampoo again. This is a experiment for hair growth.

I'll give you and idea.............just add a table spoon of cayenne pepper in your favorite shampoo...........and simply wash your hair............i do it and my hair looks beautiful.
