You are invited to TheSport 4X4 May 2011 International open. Freestyle, is built into our sport. If you feel comfortable playing on a court with a variety of disc players, guts, DDC, ultimate, you fit in. TheSport 4x4 takes the speed of Guts, teamwork of Ultimate and moves of Freestyle, creates an 8 foot safe zone with a pop up net wraps the play in a 4000 square foot playing area and then challenges, entertains and allows disc players talent to shine.

this video made me take up freestyle; before this I was more into ultimate and simple catch and throw/speedflow.

you actually spin it on your finger nail...and you should apply some silicon spray to the disc...it can take a few weeks to get the feel of it and to keep your finger-nail in the center.
