  • I just started listening to ATR. Coming from a huge Disturbed fan I really like these guys. This is the first song I'm starting to get really into. Damn good band from what Ive heard so far.

  • @Aivan222 rofl emo posers? You clearly don't know All That Remains. And this isn't metalcore, it's more melodeath, but whatever the genre you give it it's metal, and if you don't like it then I don't care, go listen to something you like and stop writing stupid shit.

  • shut the fuck up about subgenres. this is metal. case closed.

  • @deathknowz1 Like I said, I don't really hear any punk elements besides the vocals. The drumming, guitar work, and overall structure is more indicative of thrash and NWOBHM.

  • @shockofhyperbole Breakdowns aren't what define the genre. It's the overall style of the band's playing, and this is undeniably metalcore. I'm not saying that as if it's a bad thing, I *like* metalcore. But I also like melo-death, and this is not it.

  • People need to stop bitching about all these sub-genres. Oh it's melodic-death, no it's metalcore, no it's polka-funk! It's fucking metal, leave it at that.

  • Shut The Hell Up And Enjoy This Fucking Awesome Song /../

  • @deathknowz1 I don't hear the boring ass breakdowns that plague metalcore in this. There are some breaks, but they're closer to the breaks you hear in groups like Arch Enemy and Pantera. The only thing that -core about this is the vocals, which are closer to punk than conventional metal.

  • Melo-death? Are you people retarded? This is metalcore to a T. The Black Dahlia Murder is melo-death.

  • @HSVKarasu Uhh only this album is pure melodeath, as they went along the core influences have grown to become far more predominant than the melodeath influences. Calling them emo posers is a little over the top though, I will agree.

  • any similar bands like these. i would appreciate

  • Great. Now I have to go find Aivan222's comment...
