is it possible to have mild scurvy and have some weakness and psychological disturbances? Its interesting that the RDA for vit.c was 40mg is now 60mg and in U.S its 90mg, and in some places its even higher and under reiview.

I read on the internet that one of the simptoms is being weak and only lying on your bed without strenght to get up. I had whole day like this. Plus swelling of my gums. At one point while lying I told myself I'm gonna die soon. Little did I know that is a possible outcome cause I had....SCURVY!!! I'm starting to eat those oranges and lemons like mad.
EAT LEMONS HUMANITY!

Did your blood start to separate from water?
And did your skin turn white from your feat and gradually going up?

I think i have scurvy. my gums hurt and my teeth may be falling out. I have had poor diet habits i hope i get better. Thank you for shedding awareness Dr.Mcgladdery.
