  • why is it assumed that O is the oldest blood type. I read that blood A has the same antigen pattern as found in chimpanzees, blood B's are similar to that of another gorilla type but O is the only type unique to humans only...

  • @skaley01 I really don't know but the profound evidence seems to speak for itself... People profoundly benefit from my advice, as I do this for a living... If you'd like further info and/or guidance please let me know...

  • I learned it in the trenches so to speak... nothing teaches like experience... I've done lots of independent research in addition to reading all the books and almost everything he's ever posted online.... How can I help you?

  • this type of diet is really expensive escpcially if you are type A like me

  • I'm a B+ type, and was diagnosed with gastric hyperacidity and IBS at 16. I eat only pork and veal/beef in terms of meat..also eggs. I stopped eating chicken about a year ago, because I just don't like the taste anymore. I'm not too crazy about turkey or any type of fish.

I love milk and cheese, but I am lactose intolerant...or so I think, because milk gives me horrible gas/cramps.

I found my favorite meat is deer, but, unfortunately, it's hard to get, and very expensive.

  • You're very knowledgeable. Did you learn this stuff from college or from Dr. D'Adamo.? Or a combination of both?

  • thanks so much!

  • thank you real informative.......

  • I love these videos.. hoping 4 more on O blood type.. lifestyles...
