  • @Homeruler99 work on static L hangs for time from rings, bar etc. until you feel strong enough to hold it with pullups. you can add ankle weights to get even stronger . also a problem i have, like many other people, is hamstring flexibility. always helps to stretch antagonist muscles so the abs and hip flexors dont have to work even harder against gravity. then slowly add it to your pullups, and voila!! L pullups .
