Raila and Parliament Numbers

After the dust from the political face-off over who should occupy important constitutional offices that require the approval of parliament has settled, it will all boil down to the numbers. Questions of the integrity of the candidates aside, the coalition partners will be looking to marshal the numbers in the august house to either push through or reject the candidates. The Prime Minister says he will marshall the numbers in parliament to frustate the president's nominees, but will he? Chris Thairu with that perspective.
