Aficionados of David Bowie's Lodger album know that the songs Fantastic Voyage and Boys Keep Swinging use the same chord progression. I decided to see what happens when you put them together.

  • I am a Lodger aficionado and I am positive that the chords are not the same. Fantastic Voyage is I-II-minor IV and Boys Keep Swinging is I-II-bVI.

  • @erinmerle You're absolutely right, but I attempted to smudge the difference by adding a G minor to the Bb. You can hear it most clearly in the second verse.

  • This is just great!

    Kudos Mr M.

I think this is better than the original.

    Keep on kicking !
