Super Milk Chan - Bizarre Surreal Humor

The Bizarre and Surreal humor of "OH! Super Milk Chan". This show is not for everyone. To be able to understand the humor, you need to be very multicultural and have a basic knowledge of both the Japanese and English language. The show heavily relies on parodies of Classic Anime from the 1970s. The show has done multiple references to Heidi-Girl of the Alps, Mazinger Z, Cutey Honey, Combattler V, Kyojin No Hashi, Dog of Flanders, Galaxy Express 999, Captain Harlock, Fist of the North Star, Ringing Bell(Chirin No Suzu),Ashita No Joe, Devilman, gorgo 13, candy candy and many more. Many people who are only familiar with recent Anime, probably will not get the references and not think the show is funny.

"OH! Super Milk Chan" is a parody/comedy about a team of superheros living in a futuristic megalopolis.

- MILK is a 5 year old girl who is very bratty, foul mouthed, lazy, and mean spirited. Due to her laziness, she has no money and cannot pay her rent on time. For money and food she depends on her friend Tetsuko. Somehow Milk managed to get hired by "The President" as a Superhero. Unfortunately, she has no super powers and fails miserably on all of her missions.

-Tetsuko- is a female fish-like robot in her early 20s. She has good morals and judgment, but is often verbally, mentally, and physically abused by society.

-Hanage- is an alcoholic slug. His goal in life is to become rich and famous so that his wife would come back.

-Maitake Akiko- is a woman who is never seen and only heard. Her video blog randomly appears during the course of every episode. In the 1st few episodes, she blogs about typical things a young woman would experience in life but as the episodes progress her blog gets more bizarre and violent.

-The President- Is the president of an unnamed megalopolis. He has poor judgment, and suffers from anxiety.

-Dr. Eye Patch-is an eccentric and sadistic entity who appears to have no physical form and appears only through visual media. His inventions are pointless and contribute to the reason why Milk fails so frequently as a superhero.

-The Ant Family- A group of ants which parody an American family and the high divorce rate of the United States.
