Crazy Rogue Motorola Droid

This phone has gone crazy on me. 2 nights ago it sent an email to 10 people and tried to send text messages. Last night it called my parents and a neighbor several times, sent an email, and attempted to send text messages. It does all this while we sleep.

Come to find out, its all because of an aftermarket charger. I started trying to figure out if it was a virus or what it was etc. I come back up to my desk (where I normally do not have this charger) and bam, it has kicked off a virus scan on its own.

@xdivisionchamp listen jackhole.... I tried 2 different after market chargers from the same el cheapo ebay supplier only to have them do the same thing. Once you plug in an OEM charger, no longer has the issue. I went another 2 years with OEM chargers and not 1 problem. find another page to rant on. I am not saying every after market charger would cause the problem, but the ones I had certainly did.....

thats happening to mine also and did call crazy random numbers and the screen is unresponsive first my MOTOROLA DROID now my HTC DROID ERIS is poses also Im getting an iPhone for sure android phones are crap

i was having the same issue few days back. its the oily fingers and the humid doing this. i clean the screen few times with anti-static cleaner(spray) and wola problem solve

Its the charger. If your using the universal Motorola charger the plugs seem to give the phone electrical information when its on touch screen mode. Easy way to fix it is to create a touch lock pass symbol and put the phone on hold by pressing the top button. I suppose this happens only because the phone also has data transfer abilities with usb. Meh?
