I love City Confidential! Despite the negative comments about it, I love hearing the background of the places. If people don't like background info about places they shouldn't watch CITY Confidential. They should stick to Unsolved Mysteries and other shows that just focus on the crimes.

Rather than being a straighforward procedural, the installments began by focusing on the history and spirit of the city chosen.

The purpose of the show is to go over the CITY and then the CRIME!
