This would have been a set designers dream. In South Bronx you really didn't have to spend money to make it look like an apocalypse had occurred, lol.

Ignorant? I don't think so. I worked in The Bronx as a social worker back in 1990. I also started dating (around the same time) a Dominican woman who lived in Mt Eden, near Bronx Lebanon Hospital. I later walked a beat in The Bronx as a police officer for the NYPD. I know The Bronx and Hamilton Heights (Upper Manhattan) very well. By the way, I live in Staten Island and I DID attend a Yankee game this year at the new stadium. But if you say The Bronx has changed, I'll defer to your point of view
