Here Tino Roland, a 6'1" 295lb. Nose Guard formerly of the AIFL Canton Legends, performs a set of sledgehammer hits paired with kettlebell swings as a part of his conditioning following a max effort lower body workout. This combination is a great way to target, among other things, core muscular endurance and power as well as grip and forearm strength.

  • wouldnt it be better to flip the tire down at least 30 meters a day

  • good work, but on the kb swings get him to bring the hips forward more, the arms are just there for the ride, the hips do all the work!!
