Clannad After Story Episode 23 [English Dub]

"The Event from One Year Before"

One year before the events of the beginning of the story, Tomoya is beginning his second year, and Nagisa her first time as a third-year student. Nagisa is having trouble making friends as usual, while Tomoya and Youhei are busy being delinquents and carrying out pranks at Kyou's, and inadvertently Nagisa's, expense. After Nagisa is knocked out by a falling metal pan that Tomoya and Youhei had set up as a prank for first-year students, a classmate of Nagisa's finally finds the chance to talk with her and they become friends. Nagisa keeps the banner from the prank (with a message to instill confidence written by Tomoya), because she feels it attributed her to making a new friend.

@zenda1231 You need to calm down alright you don't have to watch if you don't want to. They wrote it because it is suppose to show how Tomoya and Nagisa were before they met.

Incase a few of you are confused... This episode was BEFORE Tomoya and Nagisa met. Note that Nagisa has the green color patch on her uniform ( representing that she is a senior) and that Tomoya has a yellow color patch on his uniform (representing that he is a sophomore) I hope this helps cause it was kind of confusing to me as well when I watched this :P

Couldn't they have showed this at the very beginning? I don't really understand why they would make such an episode at this point of the story...

Ok, so basicly "main story" ended in ep 22?
