Tutorial: Installation and basic use of Andrew's Plugins volume 4 Blur Plugins in Photoshop CS4

Tutorial: Installation of the Andrew's Plugins volume 4 Blur Factory plugin set into Photoshop CS4 (though equally this will work in Photoshop CS3 CS2 CS1 7 6 etc) on the PC (windows 7, though equally applicable to windows Vista and XP). The 8BF plug-ins are placed into the plug-ins path of Photoshop and accessed via the filters menu. Also shown is the preferences section for the addition of an additional plug-ins folder (to avoid issues with admin privileges). The video also shows the basic use of some of the settings of one of the plugins (Burnt effect plugin) in Photoshop. (c) 2010 Andrew Buckle.
