I wonder how this could help coma patients, and those suffering from paralysis.

people who lay in bed a lot or have to sit a lot, should do movements and exercises including some aerobic, while in those situations. you can wiggle, move, and roll a little even when in bed. any activity helps. lifting legs while bent at the knee. shaking and twisting your ankles, just turning side to side several times , etc. lifting and gyrating your arms. anything helps. it energizes & improves circulation, making it easier to get up and move when it is time. massage is very beneficial.

Design a drug!.
Of course this drug will cause you to fart, have heart attacks,go blind, lose your hearing, cause central nervous system damage, get rickets, develope scabies, make your teeth fall out, cause unsightly skin rashes, and give you bloody diahreha but hey!!..its the next best wonder drug that will COST TOO MUCH TO EVEN THINK about using!......just get off your fat ass and MOVE kidds!

Considering that so many elderly people suffer from the side effects of drugs that destroy their capacity to be active, a drug that might, for a change, reverse that, could have potential.

I'm wondering where this will take us if approved. Hmm.
I would hope this could be used to help people with chronic pain and fatigue syndromes to become stronger and more active. I would love to have my exercise tolerance higher; right now I am so sick that a simple meal puts me into exhaustion and pain. It is hard to control. If I cook a meal I often do not have enough energy to eat or digest it until maybe the next day, yet in spite of this, I don't lose any weight. I hate this pattern & would give anything to be able to fight it.

Where can I sign up for the study? I'm perfectly willing to risk side effects if it can help me get off the sofa more often!
