This is the second video of Wales Shark's epic attempt to portray and explain in a facetious manner the problems with S4C, and Welsh-language enterprises, as the Shark sees it. In this I augment what I said last week, which I feel could have been explained in a clearer way.
Blydi briliant. Give the man a show. Wel....na peidiwch a dweud y gwir. Paid cael dy sugno mewn i'r corporate machine! Techno snobs UNITE!

I think S4C needs to expand into web-based media a lot more. Small things could make a big difference. I'm a big fan of webcomics for example... I don't see why S4C couldn't put up a section of Welsh comics or Welsh language podcasts covering a range of topics on their site. They don't need a lot of money. TV is a good medium for things like live sport and shows aimed at children/the elderly but not much else.

Tudur Owain yw'r unig peth gallwn i meddwl ar y funud hon. Maen nhw'n really yn angen dipyn o stand up comedi rywle. The real problem is that there is just one channel yn Gymraeg. We need one for kids and one for adults.... neu un am rygbi a'r eisteddfodau a'r bobeth ar ol ar channel arall. Wn i ddim, ond gallu S4C make me want to drink a lotta painkillers, yn arbennig Y Byd ar Bedwar... high suicide rates explained.

Shows like yours could be part of the future for a refocused S4C, where ideas and experiments from the web can feed into ideas for programming. There is a danger of trying to convert web content into over-produced and expensive broadcast television, where the reason shortform web content works is that it approaches things from the opposite direction.
Beth bynnag, hoffen i weld be allet ti gynhyrchu ar gyfer S4C Newydd!

"C'mon Midffîld" is often heralded as a high point in Welsh comedy. Never watched it myself.
