I have huge respect for people what would voluntary lock themselves away for a sizeable portion of their lives in a Mock mission to mars. Science at its greatest

@UncleKennybobs rocket would leave the earth with humans, a small module would land on mars and the people could get back with the other rocket. now think about the costs of the apollo programm: 20 billion US$. i guess landing on mars would cost a few trillion US$ just so that a nation could say "yeah we were there". there is no real benefit, nothing that robots couldnt do. and no technology can change the amount of energy you need. as long as ppl die on hunger we shouldnt do it.

Thank you for these video diaries! It was so much fun to watch your video! :D Now I have a better idea how tough sometimes it was there and how much work you had to put into the whole project!
