  • @bedussy7 If you dont like that much butter than dont use that much butter. Or go to any grocery store and get a heart-healthy dietary butter replacement and enjoy.

  • I enjoyed the video, I could almost smell that sauce cooking. I wonder about plating in a tower though. Very well done and I do look forward to more. Would like to see some of that wonderful fish on the BBQ though.

    Great way to take an amazing piece of halibut and kill it with cups and cups of butter.
