Saw these guys warming up the audience for Shriekback back in the
mid 80s. Both bands worked it hard and were fantastic at the old Warner
Theater In Washington DC. At most there were Fifty people in Attendance.
Go figure?

An all time favorite of mine! I used to play this on my walkman when taking off on airplaines - until they changed the rules and disallowed electronic devices at take off.

Rare that actuality compares well to the golden lens of memory. I watched this back then and it's impact now surpasses what I recall. Wonder what Bowie did next?

Update. Tracked down and bought a vinyl copy of "Chasing Shadows" on ebay, Great album...not sure how i missed out on it back then. Surprised also as to how few "hits" these 2 Tube vids have had?

HA!! I'm was THERE!!!!!! I'm the one jigging about at 3:49 in the right hand corner, next to my now ex-hubby with the smart haircut). I loved this band with all my heart :)
