My male is 14 months and20 inches hahaha my female is 2 years and 17.5 inches, I got her from a friend and they love other small mammals haha. I had him first, then her at q year and 8 months he didn't feed her protein when she was younger haha

I use crush walnut shells for my 2 beardies and no prob hahaha I feed them hopers/scorpions 1-2 month and veggies every day meal worms every couple of days hahaha

feeding your beardie pinkies is fine. its a great source of protien.eating to m as far as pinkies vs crickets they shouldnt even be compared. yes they do contain more fat but pinkies are not ment to be used as a staple more of a once twice a week treat. i would take the wood chips out as well i have a friend that had his baby girl die from chips. i use crushed walnut shells. which is spoken against as well but in two years i have had no problems.

@Conronnors I actually did switch over to crushed walnuts after this video was made. Using them is just so much easier to clean up after him. He has been getting 1 or 2 pinkies (frozen and/or live) each week to every other week and has been doing fine. His main sorce of food is def his veggies! Going on 3yrs now & he is great. @satonindenis I wish my Walmart had pinkies!!! I did find live ones at a local fish store for $1.50 each.
