  • @Avanger011

sure.. and people with guitars are going to be in rock bands, people with fast cars are going to be race drivers, people who swim in pools are going to be in the olympics ..

  • I got a question if you don't mind. If the end of the world was tomorrow what would be your weapon of choice?

  • @StraightDeu Spend $700 and get an Arsenal?

  • @SuperRip7 Agreed, this new 'AK-108', or the counterbalanced one to eliminate recoil doesn't make sense, there's no recoil to begin with!!! It REALLY is like shooting a .30 carbine/M1 Carbine, so enjoyable to shoot. I have fallen in love w/my SGL 31.... Great rifles' with an EXCELLENT 5.45x39mm chambering, and it is also a little more appropriate for the AK platform vs. the 7.62x39mm in term's of recoil management.

  • @Psycolynch They don't go for that much, if it's a MILLED receiver, yea you're paying for an AMERICAN MADE MILLED gun. The MSRP is a little more than what they go for but I paid $720 shipped for my SGL 21(7.62x39mm/AK-103 style) and $800 for the SGL 31(5.45x39mm/AK-74N style). To me, the peace of mind of where the parts come from, how well they are assembled, their attention to detail and knowing the Saiga it starts as is an entirely NEW rifle, that makes them well worth the extra $200 to me.

  • but of coooourse! Bulgarian parts are veeeery good ahhaahhaah

  • My bayonet lug was filed down dammit why did they do that is there any way I can fix this get a new part or something?

  • Tbh it won't break in your lifetime unless you run over it or something really stupid like that

  • @StraightDeu CONTINUED>......I personally refinished the wood funiture, and added a new muzzle break. I have never had a problem with mine, however i have seen other wasrs way worse than mine. If you buy one be choosey, but for the price @400 if you get a good one it is a great value unless you want to spend 1500-2000K for a Arsenal AK.

  • @StraightDeu I own a wasr 10, AR-15, and Mini-14, The Wasr "CAN" be a good gun. You just have to find the right one. For example after 2010 model with the Tapco parts, make sure the barrel is straight, the receiver is not damaged in any way, and the mag well drilled to the correct size, and watch for cantted front sights, some are worse than others. If you go to a gun dealer and you do not like the gun they present to you, do not buy it, Ask for a couple different ones to compare.

  • AK-74 is the most tameable

  • ak103?
