The Music is Sgt. MacKenzie written and performed by: Joseph Kilna MacKenzie & Clann An Drumma. I sadly discovered that Joe Kilna MacKenzie passed away earlier this year.
May he rest in peace. I'd like to think he's shaking hands with some of the soldiers that this video represents.
Please don't forget to buy a poppy for remembrance day.

Amazing vid have been sharing it all day. My hubby is currently in Afghan & one of my neighbours will sadly not be returning not as he should anyway...RIP all the fallen & god pls keep my husband safe to come back to me & our young family....!!!
This sounds worse, but I was standing at the Remembrance parades today. I was standing at ease, my feet were cold, my hands were going numb, my knees were getting sore, my back was getting tense...and then I remembered that while I was being a whiny bitch, there were guys at that moment that had been in the most horrendous situations, and I had absolutely no right to complain about mine at all
This video made me cry. I may not always agree that wars that our troops fight defend our freedom, but that doesn't mean I'm against the British troops. They're doing the job they were sent to do by our leaders, and some do so with genuine compassion and concern to protect the public not just in Britain but in other countries. We all support troops in our own way, but I just feel the best way to support them is to bring them home, or take them out of combat missions and into humanatrian support.
Powerful Video. Respect to all those men and women who serve. And remembering those who have fallen, RIP. This is maybe not the time, but it angers me that our politicians don't provide them with the proper tools and resources. They were quick enough to reward themselves (until they got found out) and bail out our irresponsible bankers. How many sets of body armour do you think could be bought with those massive financial bonuses that were recently handed out!
