Keith was amazing...he died before I was born but his life still amazes me and inspires me. He was one that inspired me to get out of the Paranormal

Melody was a very simple, homely girl and not pretty at all. She had no physical beauty whatsoever and yet Keith was attracted to her unlike maybe the pretty or beautiful girls of their time. This good-looking, energetic young man. Maybe she was vivacious and full of energy and that's what attracted him to her. They wrote beautiful songs together. It shows real character when a good-looking guy chooses a girl without any physical beauty whatsoever and looks within the heart.

If there is any one word you could use to describe Keith it is "genuine." There was nothing fake about him or what he believed as a Christian. He didn't care anything about money. He was a man with a mission from God. The anointing of the Holy Spirit was in his songs. If you can't feel it you haven't yet come to know the Lord.

Except this nobody was an impulsive idealistic talented Jewish guy with an entertainment background, who had lots of media exposure as a kid.

Almost forgot. Early in his Christian walk, Pratney bought Keith a copy of Charles Finney's Lectures on Revivals of Religion. And that changed pretty much everything from that time in Keith's life. LOts of things God uses.

yeah, it was but I can't see the post I was replying to... anyway I believe someone was saying that his hair got curlier as he got more serious with God and I just didn't agree with that 'mystically curly hair' take on it. I think it's funny and odd. ---He was a great inspiration to a generation. Sad that he died so young.
